Mind Health and the Christian Leader: being more than a “somewhat” healthy church

This breakout session will explore what good Mind Health looks like for the church and their leaders in the areas of:

·       Discipleship – how does real transformation come about?

·       Individual –how do we grow emotionally healthy adults?

·       Groups – understanding inter-personal dynamics

·       Leading – how do we foster a church that operates out of ownership rather than obligation and in true agreement not pretend agreement?

·       Leadership – we'll cover the pull to perfectionism, over-identification with the role, isolation and more
